Tree Tapping Class

Learn how to select birch trees, how to collect sap and how to cook the sap for syrup.
This class will be held in-person this year. Our classroom is located at the corner of Post Road and First Avenue. Look for the class banner sitting out front. The address for the classroom is 1301 E First Ave.
