Home Delivery vs. Bush Orders?
Home Delivery applies to the following zip codes: 99501, 99502, 99503, 99504, 99505, 99506, 99507, 99508, 99509, 99510, 99511, 99513, 99514, 99515, 99516, 99517, 99518, 99520, 99521, 99522, 99523, 99524, 99529, 99530, 99540, 99567, 99577, 99587, 99599, 99645, 99654, 99664, 99669, 99672, 99701, 99702, 99703, 99705, 99709. Bush orders are the remaining zip codes within Alaska. The Home Delivery zip codes will be delivered FedEx Ground and are considered FedEx's 'overnight service area'. We do ask to please allow up to 24-48 hours for your orders to be processed. Bush Orders will be shipped through the United States Post Service.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
NO. FedEx Ground does NOT ship to PO Boxes. You must use a physical address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.
What are the shipping costs?
There is a flat rate fee of $5.95 for every 50 pounds of product ordered.
Is there a weight maximum?
Yes. The weight maximum for Home Delivery is 150 pounds.
Where do I shop online for the home delivery services?

Where do I shop online for Bush Orders?
Go to shop.alaskamillandfeed.com and your product selection remains the same and your products will be shipped USPS.
Why are there only a few brands to choose from for Home Delivery?
This is only the beginning. As we become more familiar with the process of home delivery, we will begin to add more products. We saw the need for the market here in Alaska, as we all know the struggle of shipping items to our beautiful state. To start off with, we are offering Home Delivery services for the following brands: Acana, Canine Caviar, Blue Buffalo, Orijen, Greenies and select Taste of the Wild.
What is your Return Policy?
Free in store returns to Alaska Mill and Feed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we would gladly accept the return within 30 days of purchase. We do ask for you to print a copy of your receipt of your online purchase for our records. If you do not have the receipt, you will be issued store credit. If you would like to mail back your return, please mail to:

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to issue your credit.
Will I receive my Barn Card Rewards?
Yes, every order purchased online will count towards your Barn Card Rewards.
What happens to the Frequent Buy Cards for available brands?
Canine Caviar: Customers must fill out the cards themselves and send them into the manufacturer once the card is full. The manufacturer will then send you your coupon if all required is mailed in.
Acana/Orijen: You must keep physical copies of each receipt. Once the card has been completely filled out, your free bag must be redeemed at the retail store. We will not be able to issue you a free bag if you do not have all receipts and if the card has not been filled out with your customer information.
Greenies: No Frequent Buyer Card.
